Informative Slide and Poster Format
<Preparation and Submission for Presentation Files>
Before the poster session, each presenter will give a 1-minute introduction of their poster using the informative slide.
・Presenters are required to prepare both a poster and an informative slide.
・The poster and informative slide should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Please submit only your informative slide (poster files do not need to be submitted) using the Google form below by September 8th, 2025.

The allotted time to introduce your poster is 1 minute.

The layout, design, and content of the slide are completely up to you—aside from the 4:3 aspect ratio requirement.

The name of the informative slide should be the presenter’s name (e.g., Hanako Kagaku.ppt, John B Hirosaki.ppt).

Presentation files must be submitted by September 8th, 2025. The submitted files will only be used during the conference and will not be shared. The conference committee will display the slides on behalf of presenters to avoid technical issues (e.g., inability to share your screen or upload your file on the day of the presentation).

Please note that the committee cannot be held responsible for any issues related to fonts or file operation that may occur when sharing slides on behalf of presenters.

Please print your poster in advance and bring it yourself on the day of ESRAH2025.
